Hello! I’m Renay, a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience in healthcare. Throughout my career, I’ve witnessed the profound impact that conventional medications can have on our health—often leading to new ailments in the process. My journey into the world of natural healing began as I explored the wisdom of ancient medicine and the powerful benefits of herbs and holistic practices.

The personal experience of my mother's Alzheimer's diagnosis deepened my commitment to finding alternative healing methods. I became passionate about the natural remedies that our ancestors relied on—remedies that emphasize the healing properties of nature, rest, hydration, sunlight, and nutrition.

With this passion in mind, I founded RenZen Apothecary. The name reflects my journey: “Ren” for my name and “Zen” for my pursuit of peace and well-being. My mission is to share the knowledge of ancient medicine while curating unique health and beauty products that promote holistic wellness.

Our online collection features a variety of products designed to help you create your own herbal remedies, including teapots, scissors, mortars and pestles, and more. Additionally, we suggest a range of sound healing instruments such as crystal sound bowls, hertz resonance devices, crystal harps, and drums, all aimed at bringing you to a state of Zen.
